Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that information will be accurate and up-to-date. This is done in good faith and we do not accept any liability for error or omission with regards to content of the site. We do not accept responsibility for the content of any third party site even where there is a link from this site.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising in contract, tort, or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.

Website – Information collected
Our web server records visits to this website, and our websites also use cookies. A ‘cookie’ is information that a website stores on your computer so that it can remember something about you at a later time. The main purpose of a cookie is to identify users and to personalise their visit by customising a web page for their use. Our use of cookies does not involve the capture of personal details.
We use online tracking software to track the progress of visitors to our websites. Our software collects information about:

Information collected when you request a brochure or make a booking
If you book or make enquiries about booking one of our holidays we will collect:
- contact information for the person making the booking or enquiry (name, address, telephone number(s)
- and/or email address(es)
- personal information for members of your party where relevant (eg gender and height, age and special dietary requests). This information is not retained electronically except where held incidentally in archived electronic correspondence.
We will use this information:
- to provide the requested service(s)
- to monitor and improve the quality of our service
- to profile and understand our client & customer base
- as client testimonials in our marketing materials (in anonymised form).
We may need to pass some or all of the data collected to our partners to enable us to provide the requested service. These third parties do not use your information other than as necessary to provide the requested service. We will also comply with requests for information from government agencies for law enforcement and compliance purposes. It may on occasion be appropriate to release this information to identify, contact or bring legal action against a person who may be causing injury or interference with another person’s rights or property.
Data Subject Access Request
You may ask us in writing for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information. We aim to respond to you within 31 days from the receipt of the request.

Limitation of liability for internal content
The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.
We as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.
Limitation of liability for external links
Our website contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website.
