Payment Options

Travelydays offers a secure server for your credit card payments. Alternatively, you can make a direct deposit to our bank account.

Payment Schedule

At time of booking, a deposit of 15% of the travel price is due within 14 days. The balance payment is due 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:

15% in case of cancellation up to 6 months before departure
20% in case of cancellation up to 5 months before departure
30% in case of cancellation up to 4 months before departure
40% in case of cancellation up to 3 months before departure
50% in case of cancellation up to 2 months before departure
75% in case of cancellation up to 1 month before departure
90% in case of cancellation up to 1 day before departure
100% in case of cancellation on the day of departure.

Dietary Wishes

If you have special dietary wishes (vegetarian meals, or a lactose- or gluten-free diet), then please indicate this while making your reservation. Vegetarian meals are always available, in all other cases we will check the possibilities for your selected trip. In some cases an additional charge may apply; this mainly applies to lactose- or gluten-free meals.

Travel Information

About 3-4 weeks before the start of your trip, we will email you all the travel documents and trip information you need. More detailed information (such as route descriptions) will be provided upon arrival at the boat.
